They are awesome. This pair of motorized shoes helps to get you tranported within a short distance and in an efficient manner.
They are lovely to look at and are named as iShoes. It has a rather limited range of only three miles, so that would be good to get you from your office to a subway station where you can easily slip it off and pack it into your bag.
A pair weighs 5.3kg and has a top speed of 13.5mph. It takes roughly 2 hours for a full charge, but I think the $499 price tag is a wee bit high for a little additional convenience.
Best to literally go the additional mile on bus no. 11 (your own two legs) as you will not only burn more calories but save some serious dough in the process.
At a size of 11.8 x 19.0 x 4-inches, they weigh under 12 lbs. (around 5+ kgs) and can support up to 250 lbs. The iShoes come with a throttle cable reaching your hand for control.
